Sunkist Graphics is the culmination of two generations of printing expertise, adapting to the changing landscape of digital technology. Originally founded in 1967 by Viv Farrow, the company, VR Farrow & Co Pty Ltd operated under the name of Capre Art Studio in Peakhurst and rapidly gained a reputation for delivering quality graphic design services.

In 1971, Capre relocated to a new location in Hurstville and quickly secured contracts with leading companies to design commercial packaging and specialized projects. This established Capre's reputation as a strong contender in the graphic arts industry, both in terms of production and design capabilities. With a focus on quality and innovation, Capre continued to expand its services and grow its client base, solidifying its position as a trusted partner for businesses seeking top-notch graphic design solutions.

During this period, Capre collaborated closely with Jubilee Poker Machines and other prominent gaming manufacturers to design and produce printed panels for their gaming machines. With a move from Hurstville to a larger factory in Ramsgate, Capre was able to expand its services in both graphic design and screen printing, while also developing a unique mirror-etching process that enhanced the vibrancy of multicolored designs on poker machine panels. This innovative approach resulted in significant sales growth for Capre and earned the company numerous national print awards for its groundbreaking work.

Today, Capre remains a leader in the graphic panels for gaming manufacturers and continues to serve all major gaming manufacturers throughout Australia with its exceptional printing services.

Sunkist Graphics was established in 2007 as a response to the rapid evolution of digital technology and its significant impact on the printing industry. Today, Viv’s son Damian, plays a key role in the management of the company, utilizing his extensive knowledge of the signage and printing industry. Together, with a team of independent contractors, Sunkist now work with some of the biggest project management companies in the country delivering custom signage for a range of industries.
